Attorney Marston graduated from Northeastern University School of Law in 1994. After graduation, she went to work at Bingham, Dana and Gould in Boston where she handled a variety of civil and white-collar criminal matters, including securities cases, personal injury cases, and contract cases. While at Bingham, Dana, Attorney Marston spent time at the Norfolk District Attorney's Office prosecuting DUI cases and at Greater Boston Legal Services where she handled numerous eviction cases. After leaving Bingham, Dana, Attorney Marston worked as a law clerk for the Honorable Robert B. Collings in the Federal district court in Boston. As a law clerk, she worked on a large variety of civil and criminal cases, including contract disputes, securities cases, employment matters, civil rights cases and prisoners' rights cases. In July, 2006, Attorney Marston was hired by Jennifer B. Koiles and Associates in Salem. At Koiles & Associates, Attorney Marston focuses on probate and family matters, including divorce and custody cases, as well as a large variety of criminal matters. She is admitted to practice before the state courts of Massachusetts and the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
